Fed up with seeing transactional business relationships in this noisy world, Lenna started The L Factor as she was approached by her inaugural client to help SMEs and corporate build real connections. Since then, she’s cultivated over thousands of successful business partnerships around the world.

Lenna’s super power is being a business catalyst: she connects businesses within the UK, Asia, and European markets and ensures there are benefits to both parties concerned in establishing effective long term partnerships.

Lenna is also a self confessed professional nosey parker and a strategic growth expert. She works closely with CEOs, Founders, SMEs, and corporate firms to help with growth and business strategy development.

She is also the Chairman at Global Chambers, and Non-Executive Director at Enterprise Enfield and is often sought after for speaking engagements and business mentoring, working closely with corporate clients including Barclays Eagle Lab and C4DI.

Justine joined The L Factor in 2018.

Based in London, Justine leads the marketing function of The L Factor with a particular focus on content and branding.

Justine’s super power is creative problem solving and specialises in content marketing.

She works closely with Founders and startups to help them build an authentic brand and produce B2B and B2C content including white papers, case studies blogs, and guides.

Ben joined The L Factor in 2020.

Based in China, Ben manages clients in Asia in areas of e- commerce, tech, science, media, public relation, hospitality, food and beverages.
